Spalding - Return to the Simpler Things Spalding is back and in full swing. The scholars have picked up where they left off beautifully. There is an amazing comfort to returning to the routine that is familiar. Please remember to have your scholars study their phonograms on a constant daily basis. History - Constitutional Convention As we transition into our study of the Constitution and the formation of our government as we know it, scholars will view the initial ideas that started the United States government which was the the Articles of Confederation. Math - Area and Perimeter Scholars will explore the idea of how to organized gathered data into either line-plots or bar graphs. They will be tested on this information concerning data presentation this Friday. Literature - The Princess and the Goblin In Literature,we continue reading The Princess and the Goblin. We will return our minds to the journey of Curdie into the depths of the goblin’s lair. Language Arts - essay on magnetism In language arts this week, Scholars will write an essay informing their readers about the nature of magnetism.
